Went to my doctor about my depression getting worse as well as the worry from my sister who thinks i may be bipolar like her - which can be genetic.  My doctor who has monitored me throughout my depression has diagnosed me as having Unipolar. Ok, so I've suffered with Clinical Depression for the past 8 years and certain events in my life have not helped what-so-ever and made things worse.  In April this year, i took myself off my Anti-depressants and went through the break up of my 5 and a half year relationship without them.  I am proud of getting through it and all the drama that has gone off - and still happening - linked to it all.
